We want you to love your Dormeva pillow. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging when possible. Contact us through our contact page to start a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
